Booking, Payment and Cancellation Policies

We process your booking in a first come first serve basis.
- Your booking date and time is not secured for your group until we have received your minimum deposit.

We can only accept your payment in cash, cheque payable to the order of Bill Lin or e-transfer.

The #Meetup process including receiving your deposit must be completed 15 days before your preferred event date.

Any date change or cancellation of your event must be done 15 days prior to your event date.
