To book a race for your group, please complete the following:

1) Submit your information by using our online form. Or send the required information to billlin917@yahoo.ca

2) Once we have received your information, we will contact your group's organizer by e-mail

3) Then, the organizer must send in their minimum charge booking deposit (non-refundable) in cheque to us by mail

....$490 for any ON FOOT racecourse; $690 for any TRANSIT racecourse; and $990 for any DRIVING racecourse
Please note that we have numerous groups asked us to reserve the date; however, they either cancel or postpone the event to another date later on which is not fair to others. Therefore, in all fairness, your booking is not secured until we receive your deposit.

The price quote is $35 per person for any ON FOOT racecourse, $45 per person for any TRANSIT racecourse, and $60 per person for any DRIVING racecourse regardless the duration of the event. A 5% discount is applicable if your group has 30 people or more.
To ensure the best experience for your group, we need to receive your deposit two weeks in advance. However, you can still book a race with us if you just get up one day and say, "let's do a race!" We will need to charge an extra $100 dollar to your non-refundable deposit with any booking notice that is less than in two weeks.

PUBLIC REGISTRATION
Before registering, please be aware of the following:
•  At least one of the participants from each team must be 19 years of age, and another must be at least 16 years old.
•  If your team is consisted with a minor participant (between the age of 16 to 18), he or she must accompany by one of his or her familiy members in order to participate in The Amazing Hunt.
•  At least one of the participants from each team obtains a legal driver's license.
•  All participants must have good physical and mental health since The Amazing Hunt is an arduous event.

To sign-up our public race, please complete the following:
1) Submit your information by using our online form. Or send the required information to billlin917@yahoo.ca
2) Once we have received your information, we will contact you by e-mail to schedule a meetup. Both team members must be present at this meetup to fill out an application and to sign a release/waiver.
The event participation fee is $60 per person ($120 per team). Please have your payment ready at the meetup. We accept your payment in cash or cheque only. Please note that your registration is processed in a first serve basis and your registration is only complete when you have meetup with us. The registration deadline for each race is 5-days before the event date. Space is limited so register early is critical!

Attention! For both "Group Booking" and "Public Registration", if you have sent your information through our online form but has not received a e-mail response within 3-days, please call us!
